What each document is
TDS and SDS answer different questions
Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
The grade’s published supply properties — the parameters you specify and purchase against, such as viscosity, gel time, styrene content and curing system. Use it to confirm a grade suits the component and process you are making before you order.
Product Data Sheet (PDS)
Used where a product is an article rather than a chemical — our application brushes, for example. It carries the product specification and the standard it is described against. Where no Safety Data Sheet is published for a product, none is listed.
Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
The hazard, handling, storage, personal-protection, first-aid and disposal information for the same material. It is the document your site safety file, risk assessment and transport paperwork need — and it should be read before anyone handles the drum, not after.
These sheets state supply parameters and safety information. They are not a process specification, and they do not replace your own trial and qualification. Confirm dosing, cure schedule and handling against the current sheet before production. If you need a parameter that is not published for a grade, ask us rather than assuming a value.
