Buying from us

How ordering works

We are a manufacturer, not a shopfront — there is no cart and no checkout. Ordering runs through a quotation, because pack size, quantity and destination all change the answer. This page sets out the five steps, what we publish, and what we deliberately do not.

  1. 01

    Choose the grade

If you know which grade you need, go straight to its product page for the published specifications and TDS. If you do not, the resin selector narrows the catalogue by what you are making, your process and any stated requirement — and shows you the published line that matched, so you can check the reasoning.

  2. 02

    Send the details

Five things make a quote possible: the grade or the component, the quantity, the delivery location, the process, and any specification or drawing you have been given. Send them by form, WhatsApp, email or phone — whichever suits you.

  3. 03

    Technical confirmation

For anything beyond a repeat order we will confirm the grade against what you have described before quoting — because the wrong grade is a more expensive mistake than a slow quote. If your requirement does not match a published grade, that conversation moves to a custom specification request.

  4. 04

    Quotation

You receive a quotation covering price, pack size, quantity and the commercial terms for your order. Lead time, freight and payment terms are confirmed on that quotation against your actual requirement and location — they are not published here, because they vary by order and we would rather not publish a figure we cannot hold to.

  5. 05

    Confirmation and dispatch

Once the quotation is accepted, the order is confirmed and scheduled. Keep the batch or roll identification, receipt date and storage conditions with your goods-inward record — several grades have a published shelf life that runs from receipt, and it is the first thing worth checking if material behaves unexpectedly later.

Published

Pack sizes and minimum order quantities

These come straight from each product's published details, so this table cannot drift away from the catalogue. They are catalogue figures for planning — not a stock statement. Confirm the current position on your quotation.

Products not listed here do not publish a minimum order quantity. That does not mean there isn't one — ask when you enquire. Across the catalogue, standard drum packaging is 200–225 kg, with smaller PET and pack formats on some grades.

What we publish

  • Full technical specifications for every grade, with TDS and SDS to download
  • Pack sizes and, where they exist, minimum order quantities
  • Published shelf life and storage conditions per grade
  • Our GST number (03ALBPS3446G1ZB) and the plant address

What we don't publish — and why

  • Lead time and dispatch — depends on grade, quantity and destination. Confirmed on your quotation.
  • Stock position — changes daily. Ask and we will tell you where it stands.
  • Freight and payment terms — set per order. Confirmed on your quotation.
  • Prices — quoted against grade, quantity and destination rather than listed.

We would rather give you a figure we can hold to than publish one we cannot.
