What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data. The website has no user accounts, no online payments and no newsletter sign-up. Please do not send sensitive information such as bank, card or identity numbers through the enquiry form.
Services that receive data
- Web3Forms delivers enquiry form submissions to our email inbox. The data passes through its service on the way.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Google provides Google Analytics (only if you allow it) and Google Maps (only if you load the map).
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you send us on WhatsApp, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Our email provider stores enquiry emails and emails you send us.
These providers may process data outside India. Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and messages are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with the enquiry and any business that follows, and for as long as records must be kept under law (for example tax records when a sale is made). We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to enquiry emails. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed.
Google Analytics data is kept according to the data-retention setting of our Google Analytics property. The analytics choice you make on this website is kept in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS (plain HTTP requests are redirected to it), and the enquiry form sends your details to Web3Forms over an encrypted connection. Beyond that, enquiries are protected by the security of the email account they arrive in. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal data comes to our attention, we will tell you and take the steps the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Analytics: Google Analytics does not run unless you allow it. You can change your choice at any time with “Analytics settings” in the footer.
- Access and correction: you can ask what personal data we hold about you from this website and ask us to correct it.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal obligation or an ongoing business matter.
- Withdrawal: where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it as easily as you gave it.
Indian data-protection law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force, also gives you rights and routes of complaint.
