A document-led Marble Resin product route

Samrat Marble Resin is a product-specific route for buyers evaluating the TDS-listed cultured-marble and artificial-stone contexts. The detailed TDS describes a water-white liquid unsaturated polyester resin.

Those documents establish a useful shared product family and use case, but they do not publish a filler type, filler level, formulation or finished-system approval. The right starting point is therefore the actual marble or stone product and the current Marble Resin document, not a generic assumption about every polyester resin.

Raw resin is not the finished marble component

Samrat supplies the liquid resin component, not finished marble slabs, vanity tops, countertops, wash basins, wall panels, statues, railings or balusters. The TDS application list identifies finished-product contexts where a product discussion may begin.

A finished marble or mineral composite can depend on the complete material system, including the selected mineral or filler system, other formulation components, cure state, surface system and tested configuration. This guide does not turn liquid-resin data into a guarantee of a finished component's appearance, hardness, polish, shrinkage or service performance.

Published contexts and selection boundaries

The TDS lists cultured-marble slabs and vanity tops; kitchen and bathroom countertops and wash basins; wall panels, window sills and architectural components; and marble sheets, statues, railings and balusters.

For artificial quartz, engineered-stone slabs or composite-mineral surfaces, review the separately published GP Quartz Resin route. For broad reinforced-FRP work, use the GP Clear Resin or Unsaturated Polyester Resin route. Product roles are selection aids, not claims that one grade is universally better than another.

Verify the exact document before ordering

The Marble TDS lists water-white liquid form, 450 cPs viscosity at 25 C, 15-20 minute gel time at 25 C, 20-40 minute curing time, 1.12 g/cm3 specific gravity, storage, shelf life, 200 kg packaging and a 200 kg MOQ.

Share the intended finished product, the TDS under review, required supplied appearance or finish, technical-document requirement, expected quantity, packaging need and delivery location when requesting a quote.
