Read the detailed Marble Resin TDS first

The detailed TDS is the product-specific source for water-white liquid form, typical 450 cPs viscosity at 25 C, 15-20 minute gel time at 25 C, 20-40 minute curing time at 25 C, 1.12 g/cm3 specific gravity, 35% styrene content, 32 C closed-cup flash point, three-month shelf life, 20-30 C storage, 200 kg packaging and 200 kg MOQ.

These are supplied-resin and commercial references. They are not a formulation, a finished-component test certificate, a chemical-compatibility chart, a UV result, a filler-loading limit or a guarantee for a finished marble product.

Use technical data for selection, not process instruction

Appearance, viscosity, gel-time and storage information help a buyer identify and compare a supplied grade. They do not establish the mineral system, filler level, pigment amount, resin-to-filler ratio, catalyst quantity, moulding method, cure schedule or polishing procedure for a finished marble composite.

Where the TDS uses high-level terms such as filler compatibility, smooth flow, high-gloss finish, low shrinkage and fully cured water or chemical resistance, it does not publish test methods, numerical limits or a finished-system approval. Keep those distinctions visible in internal requirements and procurement discussions.

Prepare a quote-ready Marble Resin brief

Start with the actual finished marble or stone component. State whether it is a cultured-marble, artificial-stone, quartz, engineered-stone, broad-FRP, putty-base or epoxy-system requirement.

Include required supplied appearance or finish, required published property or document, expected quantity, packaging requirement, delivery city or location and timing requirement. This supports an evidence-led grade discussion without asking for or publishing proprietary formulation details.
