Manufacturing process
Resin catalysed with an MEKP hardener and cobalt octoate accelerator is applied to the timber or wood-core door surface, the decorative veneer sheet is positioned on top, and the assembly is pressed or clamped until the resin cures and bonds the veneer permanently to the wood beneath it. The finished surface is then sanded and polished as needed.
