Samrat Poly Resins' current Bisphenol Resin TDS identifies a premium-grade 'Bisphenol A & epichlorohydrin based (thermosetting)' resin system. It describes a low-viscosity liquid and lists a room-temperature cure with amine hardener. This guide uses that exact document wording instead of assigning a broader family label from general market terminology.
The TDS lists laminating, casting, coating and encapsulation as processing contexts. It also names laminating and FRP composites; industrial flooring and protective coatings; electrical encapsulation, tooling and structural bonding; and high-end casting and coating applications.
Use the product-specific TDS as the technical authority
The current Bisphenol Resin TDS controls the product identity and typical supplied-resin data presented by this product route.
Review the TDS with the intended application and any stated project or technical requirement before procurement.
Keep neighbouring product routes separate
Unsaturated Polyester Resin and GP Clear Resin are separately published polyester routes. The current Bisphenol TDS does not identify this product as UPR, and its listed styrene content is not applicable. A buyer with a general-purpose FRP requirement should review those separate product documents rather than assuming a shared category.
Vinyl Ester Resin is also a separate Samrat route with its own TDS. Bisphenol Resin is not presented as an automatic substitute for Vinyl Ester Resin, conventional epoxy products or a fire-retardant grade.
