Use the detailed TDS as the product-data starting point

The current detailed TDS identifies an epoxy general-purpose grade for fibreglass reinforcement and lamination. It publishes 700 cPs viscosity at 25 C, 35-45 minute gel time at 25 C, 1.15 g/cm3 specific gravity, 75 C HDT / thermal data, flash point above 100 C, 12-month unopened shelf life, 20-30 C storage, 20 kg packaging and 100 kg MOQ.

These are supplied-resin and commercial data points. The TDS states that values are typical and not guaranteed. They should be reviewed with the full document and actual purchase requirement.

Read thermal and broad performance wording cautiously

The TDS lists 75 C under HDT / thermal data but does not give a test specimen, test method or continuous-service limit. The figure is not presented here as an operating-temperature recommendation.

No numerical mechanical test table, adhesion test, shrinkage result, UV or weathering result, chemical-compatibility chart, concentration limit or finished-laminate approval is published. The document's broad descriptive language is not converted into a quantified component-performance claim.

Supplied data does not equal finished composite data

A finished fiberglass laminate or component can depend on the confirmed resin-and-hardener system, reinforcement, laminate construction, cure state, thickness, geometry and tested configuration. These decisions can change the relevant finished performance.

Do not use a supplied-resin viscosity, density or thermal entry as a finished boat, vehicle, electrical or structural-component rating. This site does not publish a laminate design or guarantee for those contexts.

Prepare a document-specific enquiry

Include the finished composite component, whether resin only or a complete system is required, reinforcement form if known, required published technical property, quantity, packaging, delivery location and documentation need.

This focuses a procurement discussion while avoiding an unsupported technical reconciliation, a hardener recipe or a fabrication instruction.
