Describe the visible part and its role
Start with the item being made: for example, a clear contained river-table feature, a jewellery or decorative moulded piece, or another defined casting requirement. State whether the requirement is a cast feature or a self-levelling surface coat; this separates the Clear Casting Resin route from the site's separately published Epoxy Art Resin route.
Record the intended appearance in factual terms, such as clear or finished appearance requirement. Do not assume that a broad label such as crystal clear automatically replaces review of the current product data or the complete project context.
Keep the technical document with the enquiry
Use the current Clear Casting Resin TDS as the product-specific reference. Do not borrow mixing, cure, handling, performance or compatibility information from a different epoxy, a polyester FRP resin or an online generic guide.
Where a drawing, customer specification or internal production requirement exists, include its original wording. This preserves the technical question rather than converting it into an unsupported product assumption.
Prepare the commercial discussion
Include the expected quantity and delivery location, together with the product role and application information. If the enquiry is for an evaluation, regular requirement or a particular purchase stage, state that context only if it is known.
